  1. Senior Secondary From Any Recognized Board in India AND
  2. 'O' or higher level certificate course by DOEACC OR Certificate course on Computer concept by NIELIT OR Computer Operator & Programming certificate OR Degree/Diploma in Computer Science From A University OR Diploma in Computer Science OR RSCIT certificate OR Any Equlivalent or higher qualification
  3. Knowledge of Devngari Lipi & Rajasthani Culture
